Worship is more than just the songs we sing in our services. It is living a lifestyle every day that is glorifying to God. The apostle Paul tells us, “Whether you eat, drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” I Cor. 10:31 In order to experience authentic corporate worship we must ensure we are living a lifestyle of worship everyday.
Choir
Our Choir is one of the most fun and vibrant ministries of our church. All are welcome, no audition required! We meet on Wednesdays at 6:15 pm for rehearsal; your children can worship with other children while we practice. We meet regularly from August through May. We have several exciting events coming up for our choir. We will be singing at least 3 out of every 4 Sunday mornings.
Praise Band & Instruments
Our Instruments of Praise is made up of 15 instrumentalists: piano, keys, bass, 2 acoustic guitars, electric guitar, 2 clarinets, flute, saxophone, French horn, trumpet, trombone, percussion, drums and sometimes a violin. We meet on Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm for rehearsal. We would love to add more instruments especially strings.
Audio/Visual Ministry
Our Multi-Media presents an opportunity to serve in four different areas. All four areas are essential to helping our church proclaim the incredible message of Jesus. All we need is a willing attitude and we will teach you how to serve in one of these areas:
- Sound/Audio
- Lighting
- Video/Broadcasting
- ProPresenter/Lyrics
Online Video Ministry:
We have a video production room that allows us to use 4 cameras with a video switcher to send live feeds to our website and Facebook simultaneously. It takes 4 volunteers each service to work in this ministry.
